Dassault Systems Office Fit-Out nears completion

This project consists of the fitting out of fourth floor of Phoenix House to create office accommodation to fulfill the requirements and layout of Dassault Systems Ltd.
Works included the following:
* Removal and modification of ceilings and raised floors.
* Provision of partitions to form enclosures for tenant designated uses.
* Glazed Pods for meeting room usage
* Hot desks & relaxation areas
* Mechanical Fit-out.
* Electrical Fit-out.
* Finishes to all wall and floor surfaces.
* Fitting of a shell stair-core inclusive of finishes handrail, balustrading.
* Manifestation design to all glazed panels as per client brand guidelines

 

NorthWest Generation Project is progressing

Works at the North West Quarter Regeneration {Phase 2A}, Knocknaheeney, Cork which had commenced in June 2018, are well underway.  To date the construction for the first 11 nr. 3 storey houses are up to first floor level with the apartments commenced and utility services and traffic realignment completed for what is required at present.

New Residential Built has commenced at NorthWest Quarter Regeneration

We have commenced works at the North West Quarter Regeneration Phase 2A at Knocknaheeney, Cork. Construction for this project will include 47 no. housing units consisting of 11 nr. 3 storey houses, 21 nr. 2 storey houses, 15 nr. apartments and associated site works. A look to the future of the finished product.

Industrial Project of the Year 2018 Winner – Pilz Ireland

New SuperValu Store Complete

Works have completed at O’Keeffe’s New SuperValu Store in Bantry whose doors on 30 November 2017.  This project involved the construction of a two storey retail outlet with ancillary offices and car park (with 65 spaces) overhead.  The ground floor encompasses an area of 3,300 square meters accommodating the supermarket, delivery area and storage facilities.  The structure comprises of a steel frame with a block infill.

Enable Ireland’s New Respite Facility & Children’s Services Building to commence

We are delighted to have been awarded the contract for the new Enable Ireland’s Respite Facility & Children’s Services Building. Cork-based Foreign Affairs Minister Simon Coveney has confirmed that €2m of Government funding will go to Enable Ireland’s new state-of-the-art Children’s Services Centre in Cork.  The seven acre site will house a new Children’s Services Building, where therapy and support services will be provided to children with disabilities and their families.The €2m boost will contribute to the development of the facility, which includes a hydrotherapy pool, playground, therapy and sensory rooms to accommodate the needs of the current and future children with disabilities.
