Works are progressing well on site for handover to Cork City Council in the later Summer months of 2023.  This is a turnkey development constructed by ourselves on behalf for Housing for All, who in partnership with Cork City Council provide high quality homes and support communities.  Accommodations will include when completed a total of 54 no. residential dwellings comprising of a mixed tenure of 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroomed properties.
