Lord Mayor of Cork City, Cllr Joe Kavanagh officially opened Ard Na Ri on the Banduff Road today. This is a turnkey development for Cork City Council comprising of 20 Residential Units consisting of 14 no. 3 Bed Semi Detached Houses and 6 no. 3 Bed Townhouses on the Banduff Road, developed adjacent to the existing Ard Na Ri Estate.
The tree was planted by The Lord Mayor Cllr Joe Kavanagh and Cork City Council. Also in attendance were Cllr Kenneth Collins, Cllr. Tony Fitzgerald Cllr. Mick Nugent – Sinn Féin Chorcaí and Thomas Gould TD, Murnane & O’Shea Limited and the Children from St. Mary’s on the Hill National School
Murnane & O’Shea Limited have commenced Civils Works to the Car Park adjacent to SuperValu. Works will include the resurfacing of the existing car park at Reenrour West, Bantry. The proposed works also includes ancillary works involving drainage, line-marking and landscaping.
This turnkey development for Cork City Council, which consists of a 54 housing units, is a mix of affordable housing and social housing consisting of 3 and 4 bed townhouse units.
Works have commenced on behalf of Keohane Seafoods on a new Seafood Handling and Storage Building with Offices and Plant Room.
Works have commenced at Elmbury, Carrigane, Carrigtwohill this week. The next release of homes will be coming to the market Summer 2021.
