Works are continuing at St. Mary’s Dominican Church which consists of extensive refurbishment to the interior of St. Martins ChapelOutside of church

Works complete at Aldi, Ballincollig, Co. Cork

The project consisted of changing the layout of the existing carpark, construction of new carparking spaces, kerb paving, surface drainage, stone clad screen walls with integrated seating facing public street, landscaping and associated site works. IMG_4791

Works Complete at Teagasc, Moorepark, Fermoy, Co. Cork

This project was a single storey extension infill building to the existing courtyard which included two no. laboratories, hot desks/write up areas, circulation areas and all associated site works to further develop the Animal and Grassland Research and Innovation Centre, Fermoy, Co. Cork

Works complete at Kinsale Community Hospital

Murnane & O’Shea Ltd have completed the internal refurbishment to the existing Kinsale Community Hospital on behalf of the Health Service Executive which includes a new single storey extension to the east elevation which provides 1 no. single bedroom ward, 1 no. 2 bedroom ward and 2 no. 3 bedroom wards with en-suite facilities, extension to north elevation including new main entrance and associated external works along with associated internal circulation space, together with all associated site development works.

St. Columbanus, Killarney Refurbishment Works

Murnane & O’Shea Ltd have completed works to St. Columbanus, Killarney, Co. Kerry which provides a broad range of services for older people in the community including in-patient acute services, step down and convalescent care, day services, rehabilitation, community services, home care and home helps.  Works consisted of the upgrade and refurbishment of offices with associated mechanical and electrical works and upgrading to windows.  All works were carried out in a “live” health care facility.
