Works have been completed at Noel Deasy Cars Ltd, located in Blackpool, Cork.  Works included an extension to the existing Showroom building, relocation of underground services and associated site works while the the existing building remained live.  Internal works comprised of installation of new electrical and mechanical services, tiling, construction of new Gyproc plasterboard ceiling through the showroom, new high level walls and the installation of new recessed lighting.

Murnane & O’Shea Limited, Co. Cork has commenced work on the internal refurbishment works to Kinsale Community Hospital on behalf of the Health Service Executive to provide 1 no. single bedroom ward, 1 no. 2 bedroom ward and 2 no. 3 bedroom wards with en-suite facilities, new single storey extension to east elevation, extension to north elevation including new main entrance and associated external works along with associated internal circulation space, together with all associated site development works.

 

Murnane & O’Shea Ltd have successfully completed civil engineering works at the McDonald’s Restaurant located in Douglas, Cork.  Works included the laying of a new carparking surface to include line painting and works to the recycling & compacting area.

 

Works have commenced at Presentation Brothers College located at the Mardyke in Cork in association with the Board of Management and Kelly Barry O’Brien Whelan. Works will consist of a new locker room extension incorporating an entrance lobby to the existing Sports Hall and the creation of a new pedestrian entrance.  These works will be carried out in a ‘live’ school environment with over 670 pupils in attendance and staff using the building on a daily basis.  These works will be carried on a phased basis.
