Sruth Mhuilleann Durrus West Cork

Sruth Mhuilleann – gateway to West Cork’s spectacular coastline

Sruth Mhuileann is a refreshingly contemporary development of architecturally designed 2, 3 and 4 bedroom family homes. The site itself is perfectly situated to make the most of its beautiful surroundings, partly enclosed by mature trees and bounded by the Carrigboy river.

All of the properties in Sruth Mhuileann feature natural materials in their construction: features like natural slate roofs, Liscannor stone faades and prestige hardwood windows and doors.

Inside you’ll appreciate the sense of space afforded by the open-plan design and the truly exceptional finish that Murnane & O’Shea is renowned for.

These features help your new home to sit gently into this unspoilt rural landscape, while offering you some of the very best in contemporary family living.

The Sheep’s Head and Mizen Head peninsulas are on your doorstep, and offer some of the most spectacular scenery anywhere in Europe.

Sheep’s head is famous for it’s excellent walking route, the Sheep’s Head Way: an 88km trail running from Bantry to the beacon at the head of the peninsula and back. It also features the Sheep’s Head Cycle Route – Ireland’s first ever way-marked cycling trail.

At the tip of the Mizen Head, Ireland’s most south westerly point, is the Mizen Head Signal Station, an award winning Maritime Museum and Heritage Attraction.

Lapped by the Gulf Stream, this part of West Cork enjoys a remarkably temperate climate – giving you every opportunity to make the most of this fantastic location.
