Murnane & O’Shea are members of the Construction Industry Federation, and every home we build is covered by the HomeBond 10 year National House Builders Guarantee Scheme which covers:

  • Major structural defects for ten years.
  • Water and smoke penetration for the first five years of the warranty period.
  • Protection against loss of deposit or stage payments before completion.

Homebond has never processed a claim relating to a Murnane & O’Shea home, but all the same, it’s good to know it’s there should you need it. You can buy with complete peace of mind.
