Main Features:
Our client was the Board of Management, of a busy suburban national school with 700 plus students. The project involved the construction of a 6,000 sq. ft new build providing new accommodation on top of an existing single storey live building, along with building extensions to various facades. The biggest challenge was to ensure that works were carried out avoiding compromising safety of pupils and staff and minimal disruption to school activities.
Finishes were replaced in all areas of the existing building including replacement of all existing windows and upgrading of all services.
