Quality Policy

We believe we have selected the most experienced and skilled project team who will deliver this project to you most efficiently and effectively. We have both excellent management structures and technical skill sets in place, which ensures a high quality of services to our clients.

All our systems are managed internally at the moment but we are currently updating our procedural documentation with a view to ISO accreditation within the foreseeable future.

Murnane & O’Shea Ltd was formed in 1958 and for the past 50 years has earned an enviable reputation for the quality of completed projects in all sectors.

The quality of workmanship and finish achieved in previous projects is indicative of the approach take by the management team with regards to quality throughout the organisation.

All contracts undertaken have a designated quality manager to ensure that all procedures and checks are carried out on site. All O&M information is correlated through the QM and full manuals are completed for handover to the client organisation.

The Murnane & O’Shea Quality Policy is designed in such a way that all of our construction projects achieve a consistent level of quality. This quality relates to both the completion of the project and the manner in which all internal teams work together from administration staff, design teams, subcontractor & specialist teams and most importantly the client and all relevant parties that contribute to the construction build
