Description:

This project consisted of the complete restoration of an existing large Georgian building and the
construction of a new residential extension including necessary siteworks and landscaping.

Main Features:
Restoration works included the removal and replacement of all windows and external doors,
removal of joists and roof members and dry root treatment. Many of existing internal finishes were
replicated to match existing.

The new portion of the works included the construction of a block required to cater for people who are everely handicapped.
